Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping to most Australian addresses for orders over $89.00. Exclusions on orders include bulky items (kayaks, fishing rods, fishing combos, paddles, spearguns/speargun shafts and some oversized camping products), depending on your location within Australia and our couriers servicing areas. For orders including bulky items, we may offer free shipping for orders over $119.00.

General orders between $0.05 and $88.99 will incur a $10.00 delivery charge.

Orders including bulky items between $0.05 and $118.95 will incur a $25 delivery charge.

How do I qualify for free shipping?

This offer is subject to all of the following terms and conditions.

  • free shipping is available to most addresses within Australia
  • to qualify, your order must be greater than $89.00 (or $119.00 for orders including bulky items) after any sale discounts or coupons are applied. The order value is not inclusive of any quoted freight charges or installation charges
  • this free shipping offer may be withdrawn or altered at any time.
  • offer excludes Gift Cards
  • this offer only applies to orders placed online for delivery and excludes Click & Collect only items

Online orders must meet the above criteria in full to qualify for free shipping*.

Do you offer express delivery?

This option is not available at time of checkout. You can contact our team at support@freddys.com.au with your completed order # and request Express Shipping for an additional cost if it is urgent.

Do you ship on Public Holidays?

Not at this stage. For orders processed after 5pm on the Friday prior to a Monday Public Holiday, orders will be processed in order of date and time received from the following Tuesday. Depending on the quantity of orders received over the long weekend, there may be an additional 1 - 2 days delay before your order is prepared and shipped.

How long will it take me to receive my order?

Due to high volumes of customers' online shopping, there may be delays in preparing & dispatching your order. Freddys sales such as Easter, Black Friday, Christmas/Boxing Day and other sales ran throughout the year may experience further delays in shipping your order. We appreciate your patience while our team work hard to get your orders to you as promptly as possible.

Once we receive your order, we aim to prepare your order between one to two business days to pick, pack and dispatch your items, subject to stock availability.

If your order is placed before 12pm, we will endeavour to dispatch your order the same day.

To deliver your order, we use a selection of courier services with delivery times between 2 – 5 days for metro areas and 3 - 10 business days after dispatch for regional areas (December expect longer delivery times).

Courier deliveries are made during business hours, Monday to Friday only.

Split deliveries & multiple consignments:

Occasionally, we may be required to source and supply customer's orders by multiple Freddy's locations. If this is the case, your order will arrive at its assigned delivery address in more than one shipment and possibly with more than one courier company.

How do I track the delivery of my order?

We know it can be exciting anticipating your delivery, so we have made it easy to track your order using Shippit 

Once we have packed your order, we will email you your consignment number and link to track your order directly through Shippit

Please allow up to 24 hours for your parcel to register in our courier’s system before attempting to track your order.

Can you deliver to PO boxes?

Unfortunately, our courier cannot deliver to PO boxes, private mail bags or lockers.

What if I’m not home for delivery?

We recommend that you provide a delivery address where someone can receive and sign for your items during regular business hours.

If you aren’t home when our courier attempts to deliver your order you will receive a text message and email that will give you the option to arrange redelivery or pick up from your nearest collection point at no extra charge.

If you are not home when the courier attempts to deliver for the second time, you will receive a physical calling card and another text message and email which will give you the option to arrange redelivery or pick up from your nearest collection point at no extra charge.

If you've missed your delivery on the third attempt further return charges may apply.

If your nearest depot is too far away for collection, we can organise redelivery with the courier. However, this will incur a $25.00 redelivery fee from the courier.

Can I provide my authority to leave an item at my address without a signature?

Yes, please select this option at checkout. Please note that if you provide authority for your order to be left without signature, Freddy’s is not responsible for any lost or stolen parcels following delivery to your address.

Do you ship internationally?

We know, our products and prices are world-renowned. However, unfortunately, at this stage, we do not offer international shipping.

Why has my order been delayed?

We understand you are keen to receive your order and do our best to get our products dispatched within two business days. However, sometimes our orders can be delayed.

We will do our best to contact you if your order is delayed to keep you in the loop of when you should expect to receive your items.

There are several reasons why your order may be delayed including:

  • an incorrect or incomplete address was provided at checkout
  • we weren’t able to process your payment with your provided payment details. Your order will only be placed when we receive your payment so please double ensure all your details are correct at checkout
  • if we aren’t able to verify your shipping destination against your payment details, we may need to call you to confirm your personal details. This measure to ensure our customers are protected against fraud may delay shipping of your order
  • while we do our best to ensure we keep on top of our stock, sometimes when a product is in very high demand, we may need to source additional products from our suppliers. This may delay the dispatch of your order

How much does delivery cost?

Your delivery cost will be calculated at checkout. We offer free delivery for orders over $89.00 or over $119.00 for orders including bulky items.

Orders between $0.00 and $88.99 will incur a $15.00 delivery charge.

Orders including bulky items between $0.05 and $118.95 will incur a $25 delivery charge.

Changing your delivery address after your order has been dispatched will incur a $25.00 charge.

If you've missed your delivery or your nearest depot is too far away, we can organise redelivery with the courier. However, this will incur a $25.00 redelivery fee from the courier.

Freddys have the right to at any time, reject an order due to unforeseen circumstances. If something outside of our control occurs, either with a supplier or courier, we will be in contact with you immediately to resolve the issue.
