How do I buy online and collect in-store?
Our Click & Collect service allows you to purchase online and pick up your order from your closest store (subject to stock availability).
Simply add your items to the shopping cart and select ‘pickup in-store’. The shopping cart will check for available stock and show you which products are available. If your chosen store is currently out of stock of an item you can choose to have your delivery shipped to you or you can wait for your items to come back in stock. Call your nominated Freddy’s store for stock information.
Within two business hours of placing your order you will receive a confirmation message via email or SMS. We will confirm that your order has been processed and is ready for collection. If there are any issues throughout the process our team will be in contact to discuss your order, or you can call us on (02) 4367 5555 or call your nominated Freddy’s store for more information.
Once you have received an order confirmation make your way into your store of choice, together with your photo ID and your order confirmation. We will have your items packed and ready to go.
Please note that the store will hold your order for a period of 14 days. If, on the 15th day your order has not been collected and there has been no communication from you, your order will be cancelled and a refund will be processed.
Do all your stores participate in your Click and Collect program?
All Freddy’s stores except Broadmeadow participate in our Click and Collect program.
How do I find out the availability of your products?
Our Click & Collect service is available in all our Freddy’s stores. Some of our products are limited to home delivery only, but you will be advised on the product page and at the checkout if your chosen items are not available for Click & Collect.
Within two hours of placing your order, you will receive an email confirming your order is ready for collection. How do I change or cancel my order?
If an error has been made while ordering or your circumstances have changed please contact us on (02) 4367 5555, or email us email@example.com and our friendly team will assist in modifying or cancelling your order.
To assist in your enquiry please ensure you quote your order reference number, which can be found within the order confirmation email sent to you after placing your order.
