It should be made clearer on the web site that the gift card would be emailed to you and not mailed even though you have to fill in your postal address. I had to ring Freddys to clarify. When printed the voucher picture was over size and therefore distorted.

Freddy’s had a 20% off fathers Day deal over the Fathers Day weekend in which I bought gift vouchers for ($1700). The ad said “online purchases only - 20% discount amount to be refunded instantly after gift card purchase” there lies my first mistake. I bought the gift cards at full Price on Saturday and received the gift card vouchers via email, i waited for my instant refund which didn’t happen, I called Freddys online team on Monday to follow up on my refund and was told that I would receive a call back from the manager. I waited some time without a reply so I called again and was again told that the manager will call me back. 25 mins after my second call I received an email saying that my order was cancelled Due to fraudulent activity and I will receive a full refund. I tried to call again to talk to the manger and was told once again that the manger will call me back and receive no calls. I replied to their email saying that I didn’t want the refund and that I wanted the 20% deal honoured and the reply was that they have the right to not honour this deal. The bad thing about it is I am still yet to receive any refund from them.
I have purchased from Freddy’s before but will not purchase another thing from them.
