Absolutely love this chair it is very study and strong but most importantly of all,
it's extremely comfortable, so comfortable that you can easily fall asleep in it.
I bought this chair to use it when I go camping or during other outdoor activities and events.
But as soon as it arrived today I couldn't wait to try it out. It was so comfortable that I have
also decided to use it in my home as well. I suffer with back problems and even sitting or
reclining on my lounge can be uncomfortable and leave me in pain
I would rate the chair at 5 stars, but as for Freddy's customer service and dispatch,
that is a different matter and I will most likely never buy from them again because
they don't seem to honour their own dispatch policies. I also called customer support
after waiting for two business days for this to be dispatched and the woman on the
phone was full of excuses and come across quite rudely about why it hadn't been sent.
Other more reliable sellers sell this same chair at the same exact price.
So this is a good lesson in who you choose to buy from..
Three days to dispatch after placing an order is not acceptable in my opinion,
especially what Freddys state on their website about dispatch and delivery times.
Freddys website states:
"Once we receive your order, we aim to prepare your order between one to two
business days to pick, pack and dispatch your items, subject to stock availability.
If your order is placed before 12pm, we will endeavour to dispatch your order the same day."
My order was placed at 5:27 AM on Tue, Aug 23 but not sent until 2:32 PM Fri, Aug 26,so if Freddys were
on the ball and quicker to send with same day dispatch this should have arrived three days earlier.
But apart from that AUSTRALIA POST did an awesome job with the delivery.

Delivered to Cairns in North QLD on Wed 31 Aug, 9.35am

Cannot say the same for Freddys dispatch times :(
So Freddys, you are hardly deserving of 1 star in my opinion!
