This tent is easy to put up and to take down. For the price it is well made and with good material.

Hi there,
Overall I was satisfied with the tent and happy with the service and support I received from Freddys, given the trouble and inconvenience I experienced with the delivery/ courier service.
However, I would like to mention that upon setting up our tent, we noticed a large tear/ rip on the tents inside flooring. We had no other choice but to patch it up and use the tent as we were already at the camp site. I was disappointed with the condition of the tent given the cost and the fact that it was purchased new. I would like to mention that the tent was never removed from the box until arrival at the camp site.
I would appreciate some information regarding my options considering the tent has now been used.
