Excellent Customer Service and I love this tent!!

I ordered this tent online and then realised it may not arrive in time for my camping weekend. When I contacted Customer Service they advised they would do their best to get it out same day but if not would cancel my purchase. Soon after I received notification it had shipped and I received it on the next working day. This gave me time to have a practice run in my backyard, which made it so much easier when it came to putting it up in the rain on my weekend away!

Love this tent, it was a great upgrade from our little four man dome. The design is quick to put up. We had light but steady rain, without any water coming in. The blackout was very effective and we slept through to 7, only woken up by other campers.

The only detraction I've noticed so far is that the vestibule isn't very large, but you wouldn't have it zipped up unless it was raining. When it's open it provides a nice shaded area.

We will be camping at "pissing point" over Easter, so will update how we go. this time we will have an additional marquee, so I'm hoping that we'll be able to remain dry
